Volunteer Arrival Times:
Friday
2:30p –Set up (only if available, not expected for everyone)
5:00p – Arrival time for those available on Friday. Begin show prep and work through till end of show
5:15p – Pre-show team meeting
Saturday
9:00a – Arrive for all day work
9:15a – Morning Team Meeting
12:45p – Pre-matinee team meeting
5:00p – if you’re just assisting with the evening performances
5:15p – Pre-show Team Meeting
Sunday
9:30a – Arrive for all day work
9:45a – Morning Team Meeting
12:30p – if you’re just assisting with the matinee performance
12:45p – pre-matinee team meeting
3:30p – if you’re just assisting with tear down and strike
3:45p – last team meeting
If you cannot arrive at these times, please make sure you let Kris know!
